I need a doctor!!

From being pregnant I've had more frequent bowl movements. For two days i had diarrhea. Or basically tiny chunks of yellow stool. It was almost all yellow liquid that came out my butt. Anyway i look back and find this. Freak out move it with a long piece of toilet paper. This is really disturbing for me as I am pregnant and very concerned. Its either a worm or mucous. Note: it did not move at all so what you see is what you get. Worm or Mucous?
