Day of back pain...normal?

So yesterday my right bum cheek was hurting and since this morning my hip/right lower back has been in pain. Been lying around with a heat pad on all day, hurts to get up and eases slightly in certain positions. 28 weeks 2 days pregnant with first baby. Had this once before about a week or 2 ago.

Does it go down into your leg or is it just in one spot? If it radiates down, it could be sciatica & a heating pad is the worst thing for that! Try ice next time & look up sciatica stretches.

I have been getting this too! It almost feels like a pinched nerve or something

Sounds like a pinched nerve to me. I have one in my pelvic/hip area that causes back and hip pain and numbness in my thigh. 
My chiropractor was able to help a lot until just a couple of weeks before delivery.
