Phantom flutters?

I know it's my body just pranking me but, has anyone else experienced phantom flutters early in pregnancy? I'm 8 weeks today and every so often on my right side, I swear i feel a teeny tiny flutter, or a very slight tugging sensation. I know it's way too early, but it feels exactly like the very early movements I had with my daughter! Is my brain playing tricks on me? Is this a thing, or am I going certifiably bonkers? 🙃🙃🙃

Technically the baby starts moving between 8-10 weeks but not too likely that you’ll feel it. 
That said, I’m 8 weeks rn too with #3 and I definitely felt something down there. If you were a first timer I would say you’re crazy 😂 but since you’ve already done it it’s either your mind getting ready or maybe you did feel something. 
I’m up in the air at this point until it’s more consistent

If it’s by your pelvic bone, it’s probably your uterus expanding and growing. 
If it’s above your pelvic bone, it’s probably gas/your stomach growling.
