Help! Is Anybody Mean?

I have been a bit irritable and snapped on some folks. I thought this wasn’t supposed to happen until later in the pregnancy. I feel like crap about it too.

Hormones! 1st trimester is extremely difficult for so many reasons. It’s probably my least favorite of all of the trimesters.

The reason I knew I was pregnant again was because I got snappy. Lol! Like that snappy that you don’t even recognize who you are in that moment. It’s completely normal, just try to breathe and keep your cool in the moment the best you can!

I was mean my first few weeks. I say it's the hormones. Not much you can do but try to apologize  and be nicer. No one understands until they are pregnant themselves.  Which unfortunately fathers will never comprehend.  I would try to make tomorrow  a better  day and hit the restart button. Lol! Just think about what's best for baby. I always feel like my baby can feel my anger so I try to calm down. No need for negativiy if you can help it. 😊

I was trying to stay away from my son yesterday as I was being too mean and it wasn't his fault. He is just being a toddler. Just super irritated by everything. Husband can take it ;)

I am SOOOOO mean. Tbh I'm mean even when I'm not pregnant lol but I barely have patience for my son and that's the only thing I feel bad about. He's so young and he doesn't understand, and I feel so bad for snapping at him all day. I just try to start everyday with positivity and try to stay calm and breathe before replying to anything. Amen for Yoga !
