Water and morning sickness?

How are you ladies keeping water down?

I drink bubbly water ALL day! Mineral water that's flavored. Works like a charm and actually helps my nausea!! This one even has 4% calcium in it!

If you're not keeping down clear fluids you could have a flu bug or HG. You need to call your OB or go to an ER or prompt care. They will probably run tests and give you fluids via IV.

I've been having a hard time keeping water down too. Started around 9 weeks and I'm 12 weeks now. Adding lemon or lime seems to help. So does drinking room temp water. I can't drink anything while eating or I will throw up so I get most of my fluids between meals and at night.  Best of luck! Hope you find something that works for you.

I couldn't. I had hyperemesis in my first and second trimester and I was on 4 different medications and nothing worked. 
The only thing I could keep down was small sips of Pepsi.
