Which way is better

Some background information I am a lesbian 18 year old ttc. I am not in a relationship a friend is going to help me conceive my baby. I need to know he says he wouldn’t have trouble coming twice back to back. I am using the stork for two of the days (the day before ovulation and the day of ovulation) would it be better if we had sex then used the stork or just use the stork. Since I am attracted to girls I would rather not have sex so if it doesn’t increase my chances I would rather not do it. What do you guys think?
