So I'm moving into a place that doesn't allow pets in just a little over a week...I can't bring my beloved cat with me...he has to stay here with my parents/two brothers. We have a special bond and he shows me extra affection compared to anyone else...my family adopted him but he adopted me kind of thing. He's got a cuddly sweet nature and no one else gives him cuddles - he sleeps with me in my room at night and nestles up to me and is basically my teddy bear!

I'm so sad that he may feel betrayed or traumatized by me not being there to sleep with every night anymore.

Any advice?
