I'm just comeing to the end of my 4th week pregnant. Everyday this week i have had lower back ache. Is this normal at this time in pregnancy. I never had it with my other 3 pregnancies, which i ended up loseing.

Also Sleeping at night has been uncomfortable and i no go. Not just with the back ache but in general for some reason.

The only other symptom i have is cramps like my period is going is start, now and then.

Thats all the symptoms ive got. Im so worried.

I can't get an appointment with anybody untill the week of 7th january.

I also have a tilted uterus.
