Hurt and confused

So the other day I spotted weird and it came and went super fast. Someone said it may have been implantation bleeding. Crazy me tested the next day. I got a BFP as a faint line.

So I went to the store to make sure I bought two more test and both came out BFN. I was like its ok. Pee is probably diluted now so thats why its like that.

Well I've tested the day after got a BFN and this morning another BFN. I dont know or understand but now I'm assuming it was a false positive or a chemical. I also started charting my temps and still learning. I do it vaginal to get better readings. And its hard for me to chart my CM due to im chunky with small arms so I cant stick my fingers inside to check or to feel my cervix as well. So thats out the way. Ive been having sharp lower left back pain since the 23rd. I brushed it off as me wrapping presents. Its still here. Ive gotten super emotional lately. My breast wont stay in my bra. No soreness. I have a friend who is an empath. When I told her about the test she said I am pregnant because she is having the symptoms for me she was wondering who was pregnant and it was ironic how I told her I might be. I believe I'm pregnant because its like a gut feeling but the test are making me think i'm wrong. Yesterday my temp dropped and this morning my temp jumped back up but higher. Any advice or anything?
