Hi everyone I am taking my first dose of letrolze this weekend. I have PCOS and had my first son 4 years ago while taking a triple dose of chlomid. Chlomid is no longer prescribed in Canada so I was prescribed letrozole. Due to having irregular cycle and a hubby in the military, this will be our only try for 5 months as he leaves at the end of January for 4 months.

Anyone with letrozole and pcos get pregnant on the first try? When I was on chlomid it took over 6 months and upping the dosage.

I am taking 2.5mg from days 3-7.
