Staying positive
So February 2018 I had a miscarriage 💔💔.... I suffered a lot of depression after that and it caused me to gain a lot of unnecessary weight. All that weight caused my thyroid dysfunction to make my periods irregular. I decided to change my life and focus on my health. I started to eat smaller portions and drink more water. I even started to squeeze in some excersize. I have lost 9 pounds already. This month my period came naturally and it's a normal period. I am really hoping that my new lifestyle can help my boyfriend and me conceive again. Has anyone experienced anything similar to me?
