How to diet when I love eating so muchhhh
Hey guys I’m 20 weight 74.5 kg I was weight 67 kg in the September (my height 165 cm) 😭 I gain so much weight recently. I love eating so much and I could eat all day without getting full 😂
I tried go to gym like once per week but I end up go mcdonalds after that 🤦🏻♀️
I study full time and working 6pm-midnight most of everyday
Any tips or advice I want to go down to 60 kg if that possible 🥰
