How much milk do you pump per day?

How many times are you pumping a day? And how many oz are you typically getting? I’m thinking about weaning off and moving to breastmilk because I’m struggling mentally. I am pumping 2-3x per day but I get about 20 oz total which seems pretty good.

I mainly breastfeed. I’ve been skipping feeds and pumping bottles to try to figure out how much to feed my son. I usually get anywhere from 8-12 oz per 15 minute session. So if I pumped for all of the feeds (usually 5-6 a day), id have anywhere from 40-72 oz a day. I don’t usually feed or pump at night since he goes to bed about 9:30-10 and sleeps all night.

I pumped 7 times a day for the first 4 months or so until I went back to work. I was getting about 1100 mL a day at my best. I was also taking motilium to increase my supply because I struggled in the beginning. I then dropped a couple of pumps (working and pumping is haaaard) and came off the medication. Lately I’ve been pumping 4 times a day and getting 750-850 mL. I’m getting ready to wind things down so I’m going down to three pumps and dropping the early morning pump. Looking forward to not feeling like a zombie... Hopefully!

Baby girl is 4 months old and I nurse once fire thing in the morning and then pump the rest of the time (once right after the nursing session and then 5 other times) and get about 20 Oz a day. I used to get more like 30 but then my supply tanked out of nowhere to about 15 and now I’m trying to get it back up since baby girl drinks about 25-30 a day

Pumping 6x per day for 20-30 min each time. I try to get at least 2 letdowns. I am getting 40-50 opd (ounces per day). Also an oversupplier.

I pump 6 times a day, and I get anywhere from 57-60 oz, and I’m 12 weeks postpartum. However I am an over supploer

If you want to move off pumping, there is no shame in doing so! I did after 6 months of pumping. If you want to stick with pumping, if you are less that 12 weeks PP you should be pumping 7 times a day, since it takes that look for your supply to be well established, then you can go down. I think by the time I was 15 or 16 weeks PP, I got 42 oz at my best, then I went down after that. And once I got do 3 pumps a day, I was getting about 20 oz. So if you want more milk, you have to pump more. But pumping 3-4 times a day and getting 20 oz sounds accurate to me, if you've already made it past the 12 weeks. But everyone's bodies are different, this was just my experience.
