No, we didn’t! I even waited 8 weeks because I had an episiotomy and was scared! 
The reason they say 6 weeks it’s because you have a large open wounded inside your stomach where your placenta was attached and having sex can cause this to become infected ... but if you feel ok and are willing to take the chance then do it, it’s your body x

At 4 weeks I was horrrrneyyyy and begged for it. We managed to finish but afterwards hurt so bad and I had stitches and honestly should have waited. I couldn't have painless sex till about 6 months post partum and am now 8 months post partum

Yes. I’ve done both. First 2 weeks I wasn’t even thinking about it. 3rd week I was like okay it’s been a while.. 4th week I just asked him how he feel about using condoms because we never used them before because of using BC, he said okay. We still took our time tho. Nothing too freaky yet lol
