This is the first period I have since I've been on the shot and so far I've been heavy bleeding for 13 days straight. At first I had maybe one or two really huge blot clots but within the past two days they are more frequent and huge too. One I passed was as big as a sticky note pad. One was almost twice the size of my pinky.

I was under the understanding that you only clot in the middle of your period, it indicating you're almost over. But I feel like I should have been long over a long time ago.

Not to mention the pain the past 5 days, besides today, has been so intense I've wanted to cry. I tried ibuprofen and menstrual pain medicine but they don't even touch the pain the only thing that did is Naproxen.

Is this normal? Should I try to deal with it for the next two months and try the second shot? Or should I just deal not do the second shot? Or should I be concern and see a doctor?
