How do you ladies deal with your SO being on their phone, not all the time, but a big chunk of it. Any suggestions?

It doesn't really bother me that much. It's usually business related when he's on his so I understand. I just entertain myself with my own phone.

It’s annoying sometimes since I don’t see him that much. I’m like, umm.. can u just enjoy being with ME instead of being on ur phone?! But I’ve just got used to it. Doesn’t bother me too much anymore

Just talk about it, if it’s an issue for you. I’m usually on my phone messaging friends/family, but will make the effort to put my phone down and have proper conversations with my man. And we both have a “no phones” policy at night time so that we can snuggle, have sex, or just catch up with what happened in our days 😊

My suggestion is to have a conversation about it. We spend a lot of time on our phones but we make an effort during dinner and family time to put all devices down. But there are still times one of us is spending way too much time on our phones and we always just tell each other that’s it’s been too much or ask one another to put it down for a while.
