1st time C Section mom
Ok this is my first time needing a c section since my twins are both breech. I'm more worried about the recovery time/ process then the actual c section due to having a 19 month old and twins! Any advice and things I need to help the recovery?? I have looked into belly bands... do they help? Brand? Where to buy from?
