TTC baby #1

My husband and I have been ttc since November of 17. We found out that I have cysts on my right ovary but my dr said that shouldn’t be hurting the chances of me conceiving. We have been BDing like crazy the last week. Started on day 10 of my cycle and then every other day until day 18. I am currently supposed to start my period in 6 days. The last 3 days I have had sore nipples and weird pain in my lower abdomen. Around my uterus and to the left. I was wondering if it could be early pregnancy signs. Or if it’s probably just because I’m about to start my period. Any thoughts would be helpful.
