CBD oil?

Thoughts on CBD oil? I’m a breastfeeding mom and it just seems to have so many benefits that I was considering trying it.

As a nurse, I would not try it unless every medical intervention for something specific was not working. It has not been studied. We have no idea of the short or long term effects. Not worth the risk IMO

I would stay away, only because there haven't been enough studies to clear it as safe for BF.

Considering that to get any benefits from it you'd have to smoke like 125 mg of it a day... I think it's more of a placebo effect than anything 🤷
