Never spotted before

Hello everyone, we lost our son November 6th this year at 15 weeks pregnant and delivered our boy vaginally. His umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck three times. We are still healing, but would love to get pregnant again.(please make no comments on our decisions) I’ve had a period very normal (yes it was for sure my period I had stopped bleeding weeks before my period) and I ovulated sometime in the last 4 days (never had regular cycles) I’ve never spotted before in both pregnancies, but yesterday and today only when I wiped I saw some blood. Today it was a little more than yesterday but never heavy. What do y’all think? This has never happened. We had sex a lot during my fertile week.
