What to pack in a hospital bag

Question

I was wondering how people packed their bags? Did you have the babies bag set up? As in their changing bag? Then a separate bag for you and one for your partner? I also plan on breastfeeding so not sure what to take (if anything) in regards to that? Any advice would be great thanks!

I have a bag for myself with toiletries, spare pair of clothes, pjs, maternity pads two packs, breast pads, Hair brush, hair ties, lip balm, pack of granny pants and a pair of slippers. 
Then for my baby I have another lil bag with nappies, wipes, nappy sacks, pre made baby milk (don’t plan to breast feed this time), baby grows, vests, woolly hat, outfit to come home in and some baby toiletries. 
My partner I didn’t pack him a bag last time and won’t this time lol he will stay for the birth and then go home and my mum will take over while he gets showered and changed as he isn’t allowed at the hospital I will give birth at.

I’m packing my bag in the new year but it’s basically a small carry case. It will have my stuff and babies together but in different compartments. My partner will take his own bag to hospital for his bits during labour etc. 
Im planning on breastfeeding as well but not taking anything except for nursing nighties, bras and clothes that allow me to nurse. The hospital have milk and things if required. 
I’m not planning on pumping till breastfeeding is established. But I do have a Haaka hand held one to catch any let down from my other boob while feeding or if I need to express a bit to stop me getting too full to avoid getting mastitis.

I have packed a bag for me in which I packed a deodorant, toothbrush, undies and clean top for partner. 
For me I've packed 4 packs of disposable briefs, a whole pack of maternity pads, flip flops, wash bag, nursing bra, nursing pyjamas, hairbrush, dressing gown, 20 nipple pads, and a little labour kit with flannel for cool water, lip salve, hair band, and food and drink snacks
I have a separate bag with towels and water birth items. 
I have a bag for baby with a few outfits, two mini packs of nappies, a bottle and 2 bottles of ready made milk in case I can't breast feed, a blanket, a cuddly toy for photos, nipple cream, large cotton wool pads rather than balls for nappy change. . 
I've overpacked but I'm aware that I'll be in for at least 2 days postpartum. 
If I think of anything else I'll add it.
