natural miscarriage??

i’m almost convinced i had a natural miscarriage today, i had heavy bleeding starting dec. 20 and it hasn’t stopped. my blood is pinkish and i’ve been having blood clots along with some cramps but i also have an iud. i went to the bathroom and there was something that kind of looked like a string with 2 dark blood clot looking circles inside. anyone with a similar experience please explain
