Gummy prenatal vitamins?

Can anyone recommend a gummy prenatal vitamin with iron? My gag reflex is so horrible this pregnancy and I just can’t deal with these huge prenatal pills anymore. Please and thank you!

I’m using Smarty Pants because they have methylfolate instead of folic acid. They don’t have iron or calcium though, so I have to take those separately. You won’t find a gummy with iron because kids can easily think they are candy and iron toxicity is dangerous.

I take vitafusion prenatals, they are like $9 at Walmart. They do NOT have iron in them tho, so that’s one thing to be mindful of and let your OB/MW know.

Ive been the same way lately and was wondering the same thing. Was either going to ask my doctor or the pharmacist next time I go in.

I have yet to find any gummy vitamins with iron in it. But if someone else knows of one I’d also like to know.

Gummies usually have been shown not to work or provide you with any nutrients. Honestly I’d make a smoothie and crush the pill up.
