My journey is my personal journey. After I had my first son I decided to not workout so hard and to do weight loss since my husband and I decided to try for second baby and I decided once I have my second baby that’s it, I don’t want any more kids two are plenty for my family and I need to work on my health. Prior to my first boy I weighed 115 with working out all the time but I was weighing 150 prior to my second boy. Once I was pregnant I gained not as much with my fist but I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I hate it. I hate poking myself four times a day and I hated everything about it. So I said that’s it. Once I deliver I’m going to start healthy journey. I did it. I’ve been on healthy journey for four months and I’ve lost of 47 pounds. I don’t have any before pictures since I wasn’t happy with my weight and refuse to take any pictures. But now I love pictures. I went from size 12 to 4/3. From xl to small. I don’t workout but I rather clean and healthy.
