I am considering trying to the lunette cup but as I’m looking for a better option than my moon cup UK that I currently use the smaller size however

I am confused as I am looking at the size guide and it seems that the Lunette to model 2 is better for me as it is made from a firm of silicone - this Weill be better as I sometimes have a hard time opening the cup inside and I am a gym gower that lifts weights.

They recommend model 1 if you have strong vagina muscles??

I’m confused because wouldn’t it make more sense to use model 2 bc it has a firmer silicon that model 1?

Please help me out
