Melatonin & CoQ10 Users
So, I've been doing some reading up on Melatonin and CoQ10 and how it can help with fertility in women that have PCOS. It's said that 2mgs of Melatonin and anywhere from 200-600 mgs of CoQ10 daily for 6 months can improve fertility. If any of you have tried these two supplements how did it go for you? Any side effects?
