Pooping more painful than birth?????

Question

I’m six weeks PP and pooping has been excruciatingly painful. Like I have to mentally prepare myself to poop. I had a small hemorrhoid and a second degree tear.
I’m sorry this is SO TMI, but it hurts at the top of my anus. 
Does it ever get better and is this normal? Like I’m literally afraid to drink coffee haha.

You need more fibre and start taking a stool softener asap

Yesss! I was miserable for weeeeekkkss. I never had a hemorrhoid that I know of, but I had stitches at my butt (tmi). It felt like needles coming out and I would honestly cry when I used the bathroom. Stool softeners and fiber got to where they destroyed my stomach and just made it awful. I’ve done much better the last little bit, but I still have times where it’s pretty bad.

Have you ever seen those harvest snaps in the store? Wierd but those helped me sooo much!! They are super high in fiber and I would crush a bag a day to get me going😱 other than that, milk of magnesia helps.
