Hemorrhage after birth 😩

I wasn’t sure where to post this so I thought maybe any second/third etc. time mamas can help with any advice who’s gone through this..

We had our second child in April of this year, about a week after I hemorrhaged, badly. I was asleep in bed and woke up to bleeding (to the point of having to get a new mattress/bed set) we called an ambulance and I was taken to the hospital. Once there, I had an emergency surgery to stop the bleeding & blood transfusions.

We have two kids, our beautiful son & daughter. We are considering trying for a third some time next year.

Would I hemorrhage again? Would I be considered high risk? Is it more likely? The anxiety even thinking about that is insane, to the point of not knowing if I could go through pregnancy again.

ANY advice is helpful!!

(of course I would talk to our midwife as well, and I’ve googled about this, lol)
