I feel like I'm going to ruin my body. I'm 2 days PP with twins and I can't get my babies to latch on to breastfeed, so I've been pumping every two hours. It's painful to the point of tears if I don't pump and my breasts feel rock hard all of the time, but when I do pump, I get these little white blisters on my nipple. I don't know how to "empty" my breast. It seems like I could pump forever with no relief. Is there anyone who can help or has advice?
