Chips during pregnancy?
So aside from being junk food and just generally not good for you, are chips dangerous to eat while pregnant? I recently read that chips are "as bad as smoking" and can lead to defects, lower mortality rates, etc. I dont know how credible that is as theres always articles like that about everything :/ I'm currently on my tww and break at work where theres some chips that I'm eyeballing 👀 so what do yall think?
