Forgive them, yes. Give them another chance, no. 
There’s a difference. You can forgive somebody for doing you wrong and move on with your life without allowing them back into your life. Also, remember that forgiveness isn’t necessarily for the other person, it’s for you. The longer you hold on to that pain, the more power that person has over you. You forgive them for YOU, not them.
