What questions should i be asking my doctor?

Recently found a doctor that diagnosed me with PCOS

Failed month #2 of Letrozole

At least 1 progesterone test said I didn’t ovulate

What questions and information should I be asking my doctor and what information should I know about getting pregnant?

It’s like any time I think it’s going okay, 5 steps back.

I don’t know if i should be getting ultrasounds to see if I’m even ovulating/how many eggs are ready to be released.

My doc said she saw cysts in an US a few years ago but idk how many or the sizes

My husband’s semen analysis came back and the doc briefly said “it’s good” then went on to a different topic but any time i see my husband’s sperm it’s hardly anything in volume

I’ve tried regular sex and at home insemination hoping I’ll get the sperm closer and I keep getting my fucking period. I’m at my end. I can’t take it and I don’t know where to go from here. They also don’t offer <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> or <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> where im at.
