SUGAR FREE
I'm thinking about cutting out sugar for the month of January (to see how it goes) my main goal of doing this is for my skin and to see if it helps regulating/shortening my menstrual cycle. I will most likely keep fruit but limit that. Has anyone done this? Or would want to with me? 😀 Tell me your successes! I need all the motivation 😄
