Gaining weight
Hi ladies. I'm 14 years old and 5,1 feet(1.55 metres) and I weigh 90 pounds(43 kgs). I know I am slightly underweight but whenever I try to gain weight I just lose it again( I am pretty active, as I am a ballerina and a scout) I dont starve myself or anything, I eat 3 meals a day, but I am very picky,( I dont like to eat any meat at all, I dont like eggs or leafy vegetables )
Any tips on how to gain weight
