Hi I know it's so early but just wanted to ask if anyone has gone through this. So my last period was the 13th of December but lately at night I am starting to feel really sick and I will often get pelvic pain ( i know cramps/pelvic pain is a sign of ovulation as well) but when I was pregnant in may I had cramps as a symptom however then miscarried. So my question is could anyone tell they was pregnant this early?
