Anyone else really crampy/achy at 11 weeks? Very mild abdominal cramps and lower back pain for 2 days now. Normal? Thanks!

I started to have abdominal “growing pains” as I like to refer to them around my abdomen area. It started at around 11.5 weeks and now 12.5 weeks and get them off & on. Today, is a day of “growing pains” so I rest a little more on these days.

Iv been suffering so bad last 3 days with abdo cramps and lower back pain. It’s just niggling it’s not super painful but I know it’s there and it’s doing my head in!
Had a private scan 10 days ago and all was fine and got out 12 week scan Thursday. It can’t come quick enough.

MEEE!! omg I feel like I'm 75 my back hurts sooo much! (Mid/lower back mixed with sciatica) and I've been feeling abdominal cramps too. But my back pain had been INTENSEEE. it's ok in the morning and by late afternoon evening I can barely move.

No cramps. But off and on low back pain from my pelvic girdle loosening up.

I have been the same for the past few days. I was telling myself it's my uterus and placenta. The pains don't last long and there's no bleeding so I hope everything  is okay in there. 😊 With all of these stories  of miscarriages I start to get paranoid.

Yup! Ever since I hit 11 weeks I’ve had increased mild cramping and my hips and lower bum area have been achy. I’m 12 weeks tomorrow!

11+3 here and still getting random cramps and pains. Seems to just be the uterus growing I guess.
