Hypochondriac

Alright before anyone comments anything rude I basically know this is impossible but I am basically a hypochondriac and have bad anxiety so please just give me an answer without being sarcastic..

so back in April I think it was. Me and this guy kissed a bit (not fully make out) and he fingered me.. could I have caught anything from him? We didn’t have sex and we didn’t do oral.

I did ask if he had anything and he said no. But like I said before I’m a hypochondriac... I go for my annual in March so I will have them test me anyways but I would like to get some peace of mind before then.
