Smoked salmon?

I’m craving a bagel with cream cheese, capers, onions, tomato and smoked salmon BAD like really bad!!! I keep reading so many different things. Some say yes others say absolutely not!! I’m going to check with my doctor at my next appointment but I wasn’t sure if any mamas out there ate it while pregnant and everything was fine!

I am so obsessed with smoked salmon and crave it a lot also (also hate cooked salmon) but I’ve heard to avoid it while pregnant :( Just like anything else, I think the odds are pretty slim for getting anything, but it’s a risk you’re taking on your baby’s behalf. Personally, I’m avoiding it until after baby is here. So hard!!!

Salmon of all fish while pregnant is great! And smoked salmon is just fine! It is better fresh caught, but as long as the seal on whatever you’re pulling it out of is undamaged and everything looks/smells fine inside, you are fine. Enjoy. 😋

Eat it lol! I ate sushi my last pregnancy and this pregnancy. Just make sure its fresh. I ate a whole bowl of raw fish mixed with rice and veggies. Smoked salmon on a bagel wont kill you or the baby.

I got told not to eat it and I ordered it on Christmas Day when I totally forgot! I had to send it back!
