Yesss. It’s so important! They have to make sure everything is okay, plus they’ll give you the okay for sex and that was a huge plus for me 😂 but it’s also to discuss your birth control plan and figure out which one you want.

I didn’t, I kept forgetting to schedule it. I had no complication or tears from the birth and felt back to normal after a few weeks postpartum. We had sex at 6 weeks postpartum with no problems. I went and got birth control at 6 months pp.

Hell yeah. Scheduled to have mirena put back in during that appointment so no way I was gonna miss it

I never did. I wanted to, but my boyfriend was working 24/7 every single day so I didn’t have a way at the time && I lived a hour from my doctors(and family) so there was no way for me to go.
