Essential oils for migraines
Who uses them and what method do you use and oils help the most for you?
I have extremely bad migraines and I’ve recently opened my essential oil box back up. I have heard of people using essential oils for migraines and headaches but I would like to know what works best and ‘how to’ with the oils
Also best diffuser for a decent price? I have a little one my mom bought me a year ago but I think it’s time for an upgrade
