Weird color in hands

So I'm 23wks and 4 days. I was having dinner with my family and noticed my hands,palms, a nails had turned a weird blueish/purple color. This has never happened to me and my pregnancy has not had any complications. It concerned me but when I went online everything advised to seek medical attention and I didn't want to go to the ER.

I wanted to know if any one has experienced this and what it was.
