What are the best baby monitors?

I was gifted a Motorola baby monitor. But I honestly don’t like it. The pictures not clear, and it doesn’t seem to pick up on sounds little . I want to hear my baby breathing (if possible). I’m super paranoid being a first time mom and he’s just started slowly sleeping in his room. 
What are some of the best baby monitors that you know you can rely on?

I researched and researched and the best one I found was the Homiee baby monitor. Does cost a bit but I didnt mind as much if I could hear everything and the picture was great. Plus theres great reviews especially with their customer service. 
The monitor can add additional cameras that can flick between up to 4-5 cameras. I thought when I have my next baby I can add another camera later on.
You can put the monitor in sleep mode but still hear every shuffle and breath. I put the volume down a couple of dials as it has a white noise kinda sound on the parent monitor at the fullest but I'm not sure if that's his radiators that its picking up, the sound is really sensitive. It also has an alarm if baby goes past a certain sound level but I have that turned off as I hear LO all the time anyway with my mama ears. It has a temperature gauge that beeps if it goes to low or high. Has lullabies which I never use tbh. You cant switch the sound volume off but can get it down low enough to not bug you. You can dim the brightness etc too. 😊
