9 months old daughter crying

I have a beautiful baby who is turning 9 months next months. She always been a good baby. Slept on her own room and crib from 2 months. Started sleeping 7-8 hrs around 8-9 weeks. Eat everything; good eater. Barely get sick. No fever when her first 2 tooth came out. She already have 4 teeth out and 2 more are on the way. Anyways; recently she recently started to do this thing before bed that she can’t go to bed before I hold her and put her on my chest, then she will fall asleep and I’ll take her to her room. She started doing that abt a wk or 2 wks ago. Also she is having a strong bad temper and attitude like crying for no reason and sometimes all she wants to do is to be held and cuddle. She is never never never been a baby like that. She is really independent and good baby. Therefore with this new stage idk what to do. Im like pulling my hair off. Help!!
