I'm 38w3d and my breast started leaking this morning after I took a warm shower, than again later when I got dressed to go the store then again when I changed into my pajamas. This is my third child but never had this happen. Does this mean labor is near, I've had an upset stomach for a couple days now and I felt nauseous all day today and kinda dizzy every once in a while. Also I've felt period like cramps but very light nothing serious. Any suggestions? My first kid was born at 34 weeks and my second at 38 so I was thinking this one would come around this time too.
