im on the birth control patch and today my bf went to stick the tip in, but it was painful and i got scared i’ll get pregnant from precum so i stopped him. he didn’t have a condom on. i keep panicking thinking i’ll get pregnant, even tho it’s a low chance i think. is it low enough to where i shouldn’t worry abt it?

side note: i’m not sure if the tip had precum on it or not, but i have anxiety and i’m just anxious and scared
