Possible cold sore spread?
So I get cold sores some times. It comes with stress. I didn’t realize I was getting one and just thought I had bit my lip. Well I get home it’s definitely a cold sore. I was kissing on someone and even gave him head and he did the same to me. Does this mean I just spread a cold sore to him but not only myself down there??????
