Very late period

Hey y’all,

So my period has a mind of its own, but my cycle is usually 30-40 days. My period in October was on the 8th, I didn’t get my period in November until the 19th. They only last 3 days; that’s the only consistent part. But we’re now in the end of December and I haven’t gotten my period. I’ve had terrible cramps for weeks, I’ve taken a pregnancy test every week for the last 3 weeks, all negative. Super confused, super concerned.
