Cramps or feeling sick?

I’m not sure if it’s cramps or I feeling sick, first pregnancy and wondering if this is a normal feeling cause I have light spotting aswell but mainly only after sex but still making me scared and worried to have sex

I wouldn’t be concerned about light spotting that only shows up after sex. Your cervix becomes very swollen with blood during pregnancy which makes it easier to bleed.
It’s not coming from your uterus and that’s what matters.
So, maybe try some different positions. Take things slow, try some gentle sex or find other ways to be intimate if the light bleeding just really freaks you out.

Don’t do it until you call the doctor and book an appointment . Because they always says if it’s any spotting you have to call the doctor
