As an east-coast Australian, I’ll be one of the first to see in 2019 🎉

It’s been a busy, tiring few days in our household. I’m just now (10pm) leaving the supermarket after grocery shopping, and was also at the fresh produce market earlier today with my toddler. My fiancé has a cold & is usually in bed early anyway.

I’m very much in need of down time!

I plan on seeing in the new year with Olaplex in my hair, steamed pork & prawn dumplings with soy sauce & sesame oil in my belly, plus a little alcoholic Jamaican ginger beer. After watching some Paternity Court, I’ll stand outside my house in my nightie & summer robe 👘 ...watching the midnight city fireworks 4 miles away & not concerning myself the least with my neighbours seeing me. Later, I’ll snack on juicy cherries which are in season here 🍒 Perfect 😊
