I’m coming close to needing my 3rd depo shot but I’ve heard of it causing women to no longer be able to reproduce. I have a disorder which causes my body to not accept birth control pills (erythema Nodosum) so those aren’t an option. My mom was on the depo shot and it worked out fine for her. Should I maybe look into an IUD, trust the shot or ditch birth control all together?

*edit: I’m only on birth control because my periods were very painful and made me sick
